Prices

Product prices are displayed in $CAD (Canada) or $USD (United States). All prices are subject to change without notice at any time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or error in pricing information, Laboratoires Druide® Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Laboratoires Druide® Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Taxes

All product prices displayed on this site are exclusive of taxes. Laboratoires Druide® Inc. will charge you applicable sales tax for your purchase(s) based on the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product is scheduled to be delivered. The sum of taxes is calculated according to the delivery address. Taxes will be shown on and added to your order/invoice; all such taxes shall be paid by you. Please note that sales taxes may be subject to change.

Coupons & Promotional Codes

If specifically deemed applicable to your purchase from the Laboratoires Druide® Inc., coupons and promotional codes are non-transferable, may only be used once and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Each coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and rewards. Please check your coupon — all requirements stated on the coupon must be met to receive the discount. Coupon values are as specified on the coupon. Coupons are intended for single use only.Some codes and coupons cannot be combined with current promotions. Coupons are redeemable only for purchase of designated products purchased on this website. Payment Agreement

The products remain the property of Laboratoires Druide® Inc. until full payment is received. By purchasing a product from Laboratoires Druide® Inc., you are agreeing to pay any and all charges associated with the purchased product(s). As soon as you physically takes possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred on to you.

All orders placed by you are non-cancelable and subject to acceptance by Laboratoires Druide® Inc. Laboratoires Druide® Inc. reserves the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit the quantities on any order. Notwithstanding any order confirmation or other communications sent by Laboratoires Druide® Inc., your order shall not be deemed accepted until shipment of the products ordered.

Our products are available for purchase as long as they are listed on our website and quantities are available. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately by email. Should we not be able to fulfill your order, we will automatically cancel it and no charges will be taken.

Limitations

Druide® products are available for purchase on this website for Canada and the United States. Please note, we offer purchasing and shipping outside of Canada and the United States on select products through our European distributor. Nations include: EU (France, Monaco, Andorra, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden). Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process. Delivery dates are subject to revision at any time due to causes beyond our control. Any delay or non-delivery caused by the foregoing shall not result in liability for Laboratoires Druide® Inc. In the event of a delay in the shipment, an email will be sent containing all information. No claim relating to quantity, condition, loss or damage to the goods will be accepted after thirty (30) days after date of shipment. Your order may ship in multiple shipments.

Costs

Product prices do not include shipping and handling. Laboratoires Druide® Inc. will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. The shipping costs are fixed; they include packaging, postage and handling. Risk of loss or damage to Product(s) in transit is yours. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Special care is given to each package in order to bring you customer satisfaction. The cost for delivery is as follows:

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee

All Products, unless otherwise stated, purchased directly from the our website are sold with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you will have a period of 30 days to exercise your right for a refund. Products must be returned in the original packaging (packaging, accessories, instructions …) accompanied by your original sales receipt. Please note, no returns will be accepted if more than one third of the product has been used.

Obtaining an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization)

The RMA number may be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department. Once an RMA is issued, please follow the instructions provided by our email support or phone support agent. The instructions will include helpful suggestions as well as, a return address and a RMA code that must be printed clearly on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from issuance. No refund will be issued without the authorization number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks for Laboratoires Druide® Inc. to credit your account.

You may use your points towards any purchase at any time for any one of our online products. No minimum*, no multiple orders required, no mess. Just clean and simple. During checkout, just choose how many points you want to put towards your order and the value will be removed from your total amount before shipping and taxes.

Conversion Formula: 10% of item Price

• $1 spent = 0.10 reward points ($0.10)

For those of you who don’t enjoy math, our reward system is a 10% back system. From time to time we may have special offers including double and triple reward point days, extra points on some products, etc.

Conditions

• Points will be awarded once the Order Status has reached Completed.
• Reward points are calculated after any discount is applied to the order.
